We are based in East London. Collections are available from Hackney postcode E5 8NS by arrangement.We can also organise a courier on your behalf,we cannot be responsible for anything after it has left our control.

We accept payment via bank transfer which is a free and secure service with almost all leading banks and building societies, we also accept cash.
We can send you a Paypal invoice if you are in the UK with the addition of Paypal transaction costs within the uk of 3.4% plus 20p. For cross border fees there are further charges to be advised.
We can deliver items within the London area, please email for a quote. For Ladderax shelving and ladders we pack shelves and wrap ladders in paper with front edge protection. We will use a furniture courier ( not a parcel courier), please ask for a quote with your given postcode. Cabinets cannot be safely wrapped so we ask for collection or release to a furniture courier that blanket wraps cabinets for your protection.

All items that comply with distance selling regulations are covered by the act that allows you to return goods for a full refund within 14 days if returned in same condition.The cost of returning goods is to be paid by the buyer.Please note we are not responsible for any item/s damaged by a third party ie, a transport company.
In the event that you are not happy with any purchase we request you notify us in writing within seven days and return the item/s within fourteen days, we will refund you on receipt of the returned goods provided they are in the same condition as sent. We are not responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they were clearly not obviously as described or faulty.
