Collections are available from Hackney postcode E5 8NS by arrangement ~ parking vouchers available. We can organise a courier on your behalf.
We are not responsible for items after they have left our control.

On request we can list an item on ebay to secure protection to both buyer and seller. Ebay add a small fee to the buyer to cover protection services.
We accept payment via bank transfer which is a free and secure service with almost all leading banks and building societies.
We also accept cash.
We can send a payment link via the Zettle company to your mobile phone or email on request which allows you to pay with any card. Zettle are now part of the Paypal group.
We need name, sending address, and email if you are paying remotely and not via Paypal.
For cross border fees we use Zettle who we find more reasonable.
For sets of Ladderax shelving and ladders we pack to protect in transit although cabinets cannot be suitably wrapped so we ask for collection or release to a furniture courier that blanket wraps cabinets for your protection.
With a little notice collections are from either Hackney East London by arrangement, postcode E5 8NS.... or some larger items are from our storage site is E10 7QL
All items that comply with distance selling regulations are covered by the act that allows you to return goods for a full refund within 14 days if returned in same condition. You might want to keep original packaging intact in case you decide to return an item. Please note we are not responsible for any item/s damaged by a third party ie, a transport company.
In the event that you are not happy with any purchase we request you notify us in writing within seven days and return the item/s within fourteen days, we will refund you on receipt of the returned goods provided they are in the same condition as sent. We are not responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they were clearly not as described or faulty.
